SmartSim is an electronic scoring platform for simulators based on the Evidence Based Training (EBT) training concept. It innovatively combines simulator training subjects with EBT competencies, enabling electronic online scoring operations for instructors and comprehensive analysis of training results, resulting in analytical reports.
· Provide competence-based simulator training management not just for pilot training, but also for training instructors for their competence grading ability, with the help our training seminar of Instructor Concordance Training (ICT).
· Provide EBT functions such as Safety Taxonomy and Training Taxonomy management.
· Provide full Task Analysis for 320, 330, 350, 737, 777, 787 with each task analysis having between 500 to 2000 tasks. We could customize the task analysis for each client.
· Provide flexible grading sheet editing to allow to instructor to change the tasks within the simulator.
· Support traditional tasks based grading, allow competence grading on tasks and derive the overall competence grading.
· Support 4 levels of EBT defined competence grading.
· Provide in-depth analysis using our own algorithms to identify pilots’ strong and weak competences & tasks, which is a unique feature of our IDE.
