IDE

IDE is our own intelligent big data analysis engine can scientifically analyse the massive amount of test questions, learning and other training data generated by the training institution, tap into the value of the training data and output a variety of data analysis reports with reference value to provide reference for training improvement.

IDE AES
·         IDE AES is an innovative product that is specially designed to analyze pilots’ exams. There is no similar product in the market according to our research.
·         Contrary to mot exam analytics that provides fundamental statistical calculation such as mean scores, question correctness percentage, standardization etc, Astrom has developed state-of-the-art algorithms with a world famous statistical professor. The results are published in well-known journals.
·         Provides a superior performance index called Pilot Theory Ability, which is  a better evaluator than the raw scores to measure pilot aviation knowledge.  
·         Provide auto calculation of the question difficulty levels so that instructors are no longer required to set them manually.
·         Provide a quality index for question bank, which is critical for the airlines to remove poor quality questions.
·         Provide various analysis for the comparison of performances. Below is a subset of the comparison:
          o    Between individual and the fleet
          o    Between different groups of a fleet
          o    Between different positions (captain, first officer, instructor, etc) of a fleet.
·         Provide data mining report engine for 20 pre-defined variables so that airlines can research their relationship.

·         IDE Simulator is an innovative product that is specially designed to analyze pilot simulator training data. There is no similar product in the market at this time.
·         Contrary to most simulator training analytics that provides fundamental statistical calculation such as mean scores, tasks histogram, standardization etc, Astrom has developed state-of-the-art algorithms with a world famous statistical professor. The results are published well-known journals.
·         Provides a superior performance index called Person Competence Ability, which is much better to than raw competence scores to measure the competence performance.  
·         Provide algorithm to calculate the Competence residual of a fleet between two particular years, which is one of the key factors for the EBT training.
·         Provide algorithm to calculate the A&I residuals of a fleet between two particular years, which is another key factor for the EBT training.
·         Provide sophisticated algorithm to analyze strong and weak tasks of a fleet or a subset of a fleet, which identifies the weak areas a pilot should improve.
